METYX Group is a manufacturer of high-performance technical textiles including: multiaxial reinforcements, carbon reinforcements, RTM reinforcements, woven reinforcements and vacuum bagging products. Only certified raw materials are used and all manufacturing processes strictly adhere to demanding ISO 9001 standards, ensuring the highest quality reinforcements. In addition to technical textile production, tooling which specializes in composite tooling and prototyping, and kitting which focuses on the provision of cut to size core materials kits (PVC, PET, balsa, polyurethane), as well as kits for glass and carbon fiber reinforcements and vacuum consumables, are additional services to better serve specific customer needs. All METYX products are currently manufactured at the company’s four factories; three in Europe and one in the USA. METYX USA is located in Gaston County, North Carolina, currently with 12,000 sq. m of covered factory and warehousing space sitting on a 120 000 sq. m site. To complement the product portfolio, METYX also offers extensive consulting services, technical training and component manufacturing for a number of key clients. Among the industries that METYX serves are marine, automotive, transportation, wind energy, construction and architectural applications, infrastructure, and sports and leisure. METYX has an expansive distributor network throughout the world.
