We specialize in complex, tight-tolerance machined parts across a wide variety of materials. Our turning capabilities range from parts as small as 3/8" up to 22" in diameter and up to 75" in length. Our milling capabilities support components up to 41" in size. We are particularly strong in multi-axis machining and grinding of complex parts requiring precision and repeatability. Our capabilities include multi-axis turning and milling, gear shaping, broaching, and grinding. We have also invested in automation, including palletized machining systems and collaborative robotics, allowing us to efficiently support everything from low-volume orders to full production runs.
