Aviator Brewing Company is a North Carolina–based beverage manufacturer specializing in craft beer, functional beverages, and innovative drink development. Founded by pilots and built inside an aircraft hangar, we produce a wide range of beverages using a state-of-the-art 60-bbl brewhouse and advanced automation systems. Our company also operates five restaurants across NC — including a taphouse, smokehouse, pizzeria, breakfast concept, and the Aviator Hangar Bar — giving us a full in-house ecosystem for product testing, sales, and distribution. We develop and manufacture beverages at scale, from traditional lagers and ales to new functional products such as prebiotic sodas, seltzers, and infused drinks. With integrated production, packaging, and retail outlets, we’re able to bring new products to market quickly while maintaining strict quality and food-safety standards.

Other: Aviator Brewing Company is unique because we combine full-scale beverage manufacturing with a multi-restaurant retail ecosystem, letting us take a product from idea → R&D → pilot batch → full production → customer feedback → marketplace launch faster than most beverage companies. We also operate one of the most automated brewhouses in the region, using Siemens S7-1500 PLCs, Braumat automation, advanced VFD control, and a high-efficiency centrifuge to ensure consistent, high-quality production. Our campus includes a 60-bbl brewhouse, distilling equipment, large cold storage capacity, an in-house packaging line, and multiple taproom outlets, giving us production flexibility most manufacturers don’t have. Because we directly serve thousands of customers every week through our five restaurants, we can rapidly test new flavors, functional beverages, and seasonal products and scale only the best performers. This makes us extremely agile in launching new categories like prebiotic sodas, hop waters, infused seltzers, and specialty beers. At our core, we’re a creative, engineering-driven, aviation-inspired beverage company that can innovate fast, produce at scale, and deliver products directly to consumers through our own venues.
