We are a vocational rehabilitation facility focusing on transitioning people with disabilities into the workforce. We do this in part by providing a real-work training environment that allows professional evaluators and instructors to determine their readiness for the workplace. We are an organization with the ability to give customers individualized attention. While the work that we do is simple in nature, we offer rapid response and a strong focus on quality. The people who are doing the work here are working hard to get back into the workforce and our customers enjoy the fruits of these labors at a very competitive cost. Worksource West can take care of those jobs that would perhaps require that you take on temporary workers or would just be work that wouldn't require all day at your facility but must be done and would take time away from your valuable workforce. We build pallets and crates, prepare cardboard packaging, assemble a range of products and also kit products. We inspect components or products that you intend to use or re-use. Once the work is finished, a Worksource West truck will deliver your products directly to your facility.
