Urethane Innovators has manufactured Rollers, Wheels and Custom Parts since 1977. Focused on providing our customers with the most effective polyurethane solution, matched to their specific application, has allowed us to be a leading supplier to industry. We are the sole source solid dunnage supplier for one of the “Big 3” automakers and have been for over a decade. UI also specializes in covering new and recovering worn rollers for FDA Dry, Wet/Fatty and Non-FDA applications.
Our in-house machine shop can manufacture your cores and refurbish worn rollers. We also provide custom urethane casting / molding. We produce parts weighing less than a gram to hundreds of pounds, in hardness from softer than rubber bands to as hard as a hard-hat.
