TMT is a full service job shop that primarily does design and build of precision work holding fixtures, weld fixtures, gages and tooling for many Fortune 100 & 500 companies in the aerospace, automotive, heavy truck, nuclear and power generation industries throughout the USA, Canada and Mexico. We also specialize in low to mid volume CNC production machining. We run two shifts and all the jobs are tracked thru our Global Shop ERP System. Every piece that is made throughout our shop has a router and is bar coded for traceability and tracking and "we update our customers weekly on their project’s timeline". We also use state of the art machining, grinding, wire edm and design technologies along with a world class quality program to produce our products. In order to control our costs and remain competitive we apply lean manufacturing practices throughout our business. TMT is an ISO 9001-2008 registered company and we are currently seeking AS9100 for the Aerospace industry.
