The Rempac Foam Group manufactures in over 150,000 square feet in Lumberton, North Carolina. We specialize in engineered foams specified in applications for many industries; including houseware, hardware, automotive, building products, miltary related industries, sporting goods and protective cushion packaging. Our Abrasive Coated Sanding Sponges are preferred by craftsman and contractors alike as the tool of choice for surface preparation. Our complete line of wet-dry sanding sponges are designed for and marketed in the wood working, metal finishing, paint, drywall, plastic, ceramic, auto body and solid surface trades.

Our cleaning sponges are top performers in multiple marketplaces; consumer, commercial and institutional. Laminations of specialty sponge, cellulose, fiber and our unique Teflon-safe coatings make for powerful cleaning products. We supply flexible foam components and offer private labeling, contract packaging of sponges, mops and cleaning devices worldwide.
