Established: 1995
Our core philosophy is simple: Make the customer successful. That’s why we proudly provide a wide range of services with an unwavering commitment to quality and detail. Comprehensive Development Services If you have an idea for a new product, or an idea to make a product or device better, but aren’t sure how to develop it and make it market-ready, we can help. We can collaborate with you to help find the quickest path to product realization. If you’re ready to move, we’re able and ready to start right away. Engineering and Design Expertise Industry leading engineering and in-house design services are available to all our clients. We have the capability to design and manufacture a wide array of products and devices for the biotech, life sciences, and medical device markets. Whether it’s fully integrated equipment systems, fixtures, QC gauges, tool designs, tolerance studies, or mold-fill analysis, we have the know-how and expertise necessary to anticipate and deal with issues before they become production problems. Injection Molding Another prominent strength is our knowledge of injection molding and our expertise in material properties. We can offer suggestions to make your design as robust as possible, as well as helping you find the best options for production. Whether it’s a microfluidic lab-on-a-chip, or a set of components for a specialized medical device, we excel in moving concepts into prototypes, pilot builds, and ultimately, full production. Quality Control For us quality assurance isn’t just another catch phrase. Instead, we see our obsession with exceeding quality standards as the best way possible for making your project a success. You can rest assured that you’ll get the highest quality parts and components possible. We’re proud to be an ISO 9001:2008 registered organization. Clean Room Assembly We offer a Class 10,000 clean room environment for assembling and packaging biotech and medical products. No job is too big or too small. Our staff has the discipline and experience necessary for intricate by-hand-only assembly jobs. Design and operation of automation is also available for large-scale jobs. Our clean room is carefully monitored 24/7/365 for temperature, humidity, positive pressure and particle count. We maintain an aggressive, disciplined approach to daily cleaning that far exceeds the industry’s minimum requirements. In fact, we often run 10 times cleaner, closer to the level of a class 1,000 environment. High Speed Machining We can help you bring your product, lab fixture, or equipment idea to life. Our CNC department can turn out plastic, aluminum, and stainless steel components with such skill and precision, you’ll be pleased to put your name on it. Expanded Capacity and New Opportunities We’ve undergone an extensive expansion of our manufacturing and clean room areas to accommodate projects of any scale and complexity. Additionally, plans are underway for PolyLinks to host a biotech business incubator. If you’re interested in working along side an industry leader in project development and rapid product realization, contact us for details and to discuss qualifications.
