Other:Pioneer® Surgical Technology, Inc. nanOss® Bioactive 3D is an advanced synthetic bone graft in a strip format. The strips offer ease of handling and placement, providing a continuous scaffold for new bone growth in osseous defects created from surgery or traumatic injury to the bone. The rectangular shapes come in a standard 25mm width, and 50 or 100mm lengths with heights of 4 or 8mm. nanOss Bioactive 3D is intended to be used in conjunction with bone marrow aspirate and autograft bone as a bone graft extender and gently packed into bony voids or gaps in the posterolateral spine. nanOss Bioactive 3D resorbs over time and is replaced by the growth of new bone during the fusion process.
