Micro Waterjet LLC provides precise solutions to today's small part manufacturing challenges. As the name already implies, the process has been improved and operates with a high precision water-jet. We were able to refine the water jet process by the factor of 10, as well as reducing the water jet diameter (kerf) by factor 5. The high precision water-jet reaches a cutting accuracy of +/-0.01mm and a positioning accuracy of +/-3µm. The established advantages of the basic cutting process remain the same.
